Cleopatra Shiceka-Ntshingila

Cleopatra Shiceka-Ntshingila is a holder of BA in Law and Bachelor of Laws degrees from University of Swaziland, she has a Higher Diploma inTax Law (Wits) and financial modelling Euromoney London School of Bank Risk management. Cleopatra is currently the General Manager, office of the Group Chief Executive, Transnet. Cleopatra has vast local and international commercial and regulatory experience in the Freight and logistics industry both from a maritime and intermodal perspective as well as PPP’S PSP. She was a consultant in the specialized finance department at Investec Bank where she was a member of the team that worked on South Africa’s first Road Concession. She is a member of the AUC/NEPAD team that has worked on PIDA and currently working on the High Speed Rail Project.
