Sobel Aziz Ngom

Sobel Aziz Ngom is a 27 years old Senegalese entrepreneur. He holds a Bachelor degree in Communications from École Supérieure de Commerce in Dakar and a certification in Civic Leadership from Wagner College, New York City. For 5 years, Sobel has been the Head of Africa hub for Changemakers, a program of the renowned NGO Ashoka.

In 2014, he founded Social Change Factory, which covers 5 African countries to date, in the same year Sobel also became the youngest Senegalese fellow of the first edition of President Obama’s YALI program. In 2016 Sobel and his program Voix des Jeunes won the “Best Social Entrepreneur & the Best Civic Program of the year” award at the JambarTech Awards (Senegal).
