Zini Godden

Zini Godden, has more than 16 years of experience as a trainer and facilitator, more predominantly in Local and Regional Economic Development (LRED), Value Chain analysis, Monitoring and Evaluation and Leadership Development. Much of this work has been conducted in different capacities and varying positions.

Her use of participatory facilitation methodologies enable diverse stakeholders to jointly think through processes and explore current realities to enhance understanding and insight. She predominantly works in African countries and has experience of working in South Africa, Lesotho, Namibia, Mozambique, Tanzania, Ghana, Kenya, Botswana, Rwanda and Ethiopia.
